Vial Filler; An automated vial filler and sealer can produce filled containers of liquid at a rate of 80 units per minute.

Liquid fill volumes vary from 1 to 100 ul and can be adjusted.

Different styles of containers, closures, seals, and pumps may be outfitted for total flexibility. Closed-loop sensing of product and component status ensures a reliable output.  

Operator interface displays settings, error messages, and the requisite counters to ensure efficient operation.

The QuickVial Filler™ is a linear style machine, with continuous motion and intermittent motion elements combined.  It will utilize various automatic product loading systems. Different styles of containers, closures, seals, and pumps may be outfitted for total flexibility.

QuickVial Filler:  special handling requirements for dispensing liquids.  This system will automatically fill vials from a magazine, pass to press that will heat seal automatically run die cutting cycle, and off load the filled vial, and pass scrap to the waste area. This will be a full frame machine, about six feet long and three feet wide. It will be portable so you can move it from its work station as needed.

Vials are pulled from bowl or magazine.

Vials are transferred to fill area.

Fill cycle is auto-triggered, high accuracy syringe type filler.

Vial advance to top sealing area, heat seal or snap on caps.
