This is our most basic floor medical pouch loading, medical pouch filling machine. It will remove a medical style pouch from a magazine, swing it into position, open it with vacuum cups, and wait for the operator to drop products into the medical pouch, filling the pouch. This machine is designed for loading medical products, or diagnostic test kits, that can readily be dropped into a pouch. This machine can either be manually fed, or it can be outfitted with an automatic feeding system for automatic pouch filling. This machine can have an optional medical heat sealer installed for automatic sealing of pouches after product pouch filling. It is designed to handle one size of pouch for filling. It can be foot activated or automatically triggered for pouch filling. Validatable medical heat sealer in included in pouch loader. Custom size pouches can be loaded.
