Ultra thin layers of titanium only a few microns thick, can be added to medical devices to provide marking properties.  This process occurs at ambient temperatures - will not negatively effect medical devices.  These thin layers of titanium will not change surface geometry of the medical products that are coated.

PVD titanium of polymer, metal and ceramic parts for radiopaque coatings and electrically conductive coatings using an ultra high vacuum cryo-pumped deposition system. We have had extensive experience with radiopaque coatings for marker bands on catheters, etc. We can provide precision metallization coatings of gold, silver, titanium, tantalum, and most other metals at competitive prices, with repeatable, high quality results.
