Vision Systems for automation machinery: The vision system is the installation, integration, programming, testing and basic support for a DVT manufactured camera system for product inspection as part of the manufacturing process. This can be a stand alone system or can be incorporated into an assembly machine. This camera system works by taking a digital picture of the object in question, and by using selected optics and lighting, is able to produce an image that is automatically analyzed by the software. These units are extremely flexible in the type of inspections, as well as the quality of inspection that can be done at one time.
If properly integrated, products can be 100% free of false positive indications,
not allowing any failed components to be passed by the machine. This can be done
with 100% inspection of all assembled production by the assembly machine. This allows
instant and reliable Q.C. of a part as it is being produced. The benefits of this
