QuickPouch Vertical makes medical pouches and loads catheters

Catheters can be loaded in either a pre-made pouch or can be loaded in a form fill seal machine. This will make the pouch while the catheter is being loaded into it.  The Quickpouch Vertical ll can be used for shorter catheters and items like introducers - it can make a pouch that is 12 inches long.

Longer catheters can be loaded in our Tray Style Pouch Loading machine. This can be a semi-automatic machine where an operator places a catheter onto of a loading tray and the machine will insert the catheter into a long peelable pouch in a horizontal manner. This machine can have ‘fingers’ that will assist in opening sections of a die cut backing for the catheter. In addition a vacuum system will remove any particles that might be produced.
